Description of the problem | Our grand caravan was issued a recall for the ignition and we made an appointment at safford dodge in fredericksburg, va where we purchased the van for june 10th 2015 and after about 45 minutes, the service advisor told us that the correct parts weren't in stock and that they have been ordered. We have not received a notice to return to the dealership for repairs and it has been almost three months. This is non compliance as far as i am concerned. |
