Description of the problem	I have put in 3 complaints since october and have sent a complaint to chrysler. My van has shut down completely 15 times since october. The issues with this van actually started in the summer of 2012, when we were stranded because the vehicle would not start. I had everything checked out, battery replaced. No one could find anything wrong, yet at times, it would not start right away. Now the van just turns off while driving. This is a major safety issue for me and my family, yet chrysler out me to a higher priority and still has not called me in to fix the defect. While this van has other issues as well, this is the most important thing that needs to be addressed by chrysler. Can anyone help me get this taking care of? I suggested they give me a rental until this is resolved. That was not even considered. I asked if it was then ok with their organization if an entire family is injured or even killed in an accident because of this defect. Only, one response stating we were priority, but never called yet.
