Description of the problem	Some times when i have got in the car and started it up i will try to take down the window and it will not go up or down, the window wipers start going and the lights on the dash board start going off and on and it will start dinging . This also does this while driving. This has happened over the last few years and if i pull over and turn the car off or my son-n-law disconnects the battery and waits a little while to re-set it, the car will start up fine.
