Description of the problem	Failure of manufacturer yamaha motorcycle(star brand) to balance the tires/rims of their motorcycles prior to sale. This leads to handling issues and premature tire wear and replacement. I had a low speed wobble from the day of delivery 1 april '07 until i had the rear tire replaced and balanced 5 august '08. I then began to look at star mc'c and cannot find any on the show room floors that have any weights or signs that any attempt to balance the rims/tire of this brand have been made. Many folks on the roadstar riders forum are having issues with early tire wear and front end wobble. No vehicle in my opinion should be delivered to anyone, especially a motorcycle, without a proper tire/rim balance.
