Description of the problem	After driving vehicle and motor is hot, stopping for approx 15 min, then when trying to restart the carb sprays gas out all over the base of hot engine and exhaust pipe. Does it every time after trying to restart the hot(not overly hot, just hot weather) engine. Gas is boiled and vaporized immediately. Seems to be an overall design problem.
