Description of the problem	The windshield wipers on our 2007 winnebago sightseer stop working while driving on the highway in the rain. The wipers stick in an open position and will not move until we pull over and there is no wind resistance. This has happened several times, the last time in july 2010 fortunately, we have not had an accident.
