| Description of the problem | Outside compartment doors open while in transit for no apparent reason driving at a variety of speeds straight on highways, while turning and straight roads in towns. Contacted winnebago who stated that there was a tsb on the issue, however, it took a long time for the tsb to reach the dealer who allegedly had no knowledge of the tsb in the earlier trips to the dealer for repair. Door seals were replaced with different size seals and then back to original seals. Dealer "notched" latches to get the doors to stay closed making the doors difficult to open and close and reported there is no other adjustment that can be made to make doors open/close easier with factory seals installed. Rv returned to dealer on 4/23/19 because of 5 flooded compartments. |
