Description of the problem	2008 adventurer 38t with defective windshield wipers. Customer stated while driving 40 mph the windshield wiper got stuck and wood not work. Consumer also said it lets water in on the driver door armrest with all the electrical functions. kb the technician welded an extension on the wiper arm, however the consumer did not have a proper wipe pattern. The consumer stated soon after, the blades stuck halfway across the window because the extended arm was hitting the cowling. jb
