The contact mentioned that the rotors were cracked. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to an authorized dealer. The technician informed the contact that the vehicle was included in an unknown manufacturer recall related to the calipers; however, the parts were not available and prevented the dealer from repairing the rotor failure.
