Description of the problem	Vehichles auto on off power system enables while turning, stopped, or parked if seatbelt is buckled. Turns made complicated if engines auto stop comes on. Vehichle unable to make complete turn with ease at a coast while auto stop kicks on. Turning into parking spot auto engine system kicked to off. Car did not turn well causing car to not turn eaisly like there was no power or power steering. Car bumped into car next to it which was parked. Causing front passanger damage.
