Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 volkswagen tiguan. While driving approximately 40 mph, the clockspring malfunctioned. The failure caused the air bag warning indicator to illuminate and the steering wheel's gauge cluster became inoperative. The contact stated that a clicking noise was heard from the steering wheel while turning, and that the sound became increasingly worse with each turn.
