Description of the problem	My car stopped working. The lights would come on but the car wouldn't start. We test the battery and aultinator, fuse and starter. We could not find the problem. We researched and found that there is a recall on the van for the problem. I called the volkswagen company and gave them my vin number and they had a dealership to handle the problem. After a few days they called me and stated that there is a $600. 00 charge for the problem to be fix. I told that it was a recall on the van but he stated that my vin number doesn't match. There is a recall on the volkswagen routan 2010 from october 2019 to june 2020. Mine is manufactured in april 2020 with the same ignition problem.
