Description of the problem	While driving my 2010 volkswagen routan at approx 20 mph in a school zone the engine stalled on me. The steering wheel locked up and i had to frantically put the van into park while attempting to restart. This vehicle has done this same thing approx 10 times over the past year. I have notified dealership who said they could not duplicate the issue and that the vehicle had no codes stored the 1st time the vehicle was sent in for repair. 2nd time it was sent in they kept it over the weekend so someone could drive it an were able to duplicate. They put a new ignition switch in. Van is at dealership again for same issue. They again are saying they cannot duplicate issue and no codes are stored. I was told they will be replacing ignition switch again and "hopefully" this will solve the issue.
