Description of the problem	Several times over the last year when i go to start my van i turn the key and all the lights come on, on the dash yet the vehicle does not start. There is no noise associated with this incident. It can take several tries to get the van to start. Last fall i had the integrated power control module replaced after total failure. This caused the van to loose all power. It was a silver paperweight. Before then and since then, there have been intermittent electrical issues mostly centering around the ignition. I have a concern that one day it will not start and i will be stranded with my children.
