Description of the problem	Jetta hybrids -seven-speed dual-clutch transmission that resulted in a loss of drive. This is what i was told by the dealership and what appears on the recall. The engine shuts down and a coast after approximately 30 seconds. I was forced to get a tow to the dealership which i had to pay for. I am seriously wondering why my jetta is not "included" in the 2013 vw jetta hybrid recall??? I have been to the antwerpen vw dealership in glen burnie, md on 2 occasions and they contend my car is not part of the recall. Even though when i called, i was told the problem was exactly the same as what is listed in the recall information. I was told that the part has to be ordered from germany and it would take a week to arrive and then they could do the work. It has been over a week and can' t get anyone to contact me. Not only that, i have not been able to meet with the service manager(he was in an important meeting) but he has not returned my calls. I was also not permitted to get a loaner car from the dealership for something that is beyond my control.
