Description of the problem	During pre-purchase test drive of vehicle (2019 gti se, manual with ~30 miles on odometer), the vehicle unexpectedly stalled as i was coming to a stop. I was approximately 5 minutes into the test drive. Clutch was in, vehicle was in first gear, speed was less than 1mph. Car had to be restarted. I did not purchase that car but they are still trying to sell it as new. I had 2 witnesses present. This was the 3rd brand new 2019 gti i have tested that unexpected stalls like this.
