Description of the problem	During pre-purchase test drive of vehicle (2019 gti rabbit edition, manual with ~10 miles on odometer), the vehicle unexpectedly stalled as i was coming to a stop. I was approximately 10 minutes into the test drive. Clutch was out, vehicle was in neutral, car was stopped. Car had to be restarted. I did not purchase that car but they are still trying to sell it as new. I had 2 witnesses present. This was the 2rd brand new 2019 gti i have tested that unexpectedly stalls like this.
