Description of the problem	The hydraulically assisted steering rack on my car blew its seal(s) after 3 years and 14k miles. This is the second rack to fail on my car in 38k miles. The original was replaced under factory warranty at 23k miles, the second failure is being denied a claim due to out of warranty status.
