| Description of the problem | Car shuddered and lost speed while turning on a city street.. Epc light came on. Dealer ran diagnostic and said there was a cylinder problem and then said problem was resolved with a software update. This is a brand new car only 5,000 miles. I am skeptical this was just a software issue given all the reports i have read of other vw drivers having this same epc and shuddering issue and they have lost ability to accelerate and sometimes lost all power and breaking ability on the highway. I am scared for myself and my child. |
