Description of the problem	Takata recall received letter in the mail re: safety recalled. Contatcted vw to request 1. Termination of lease or 2. That the fix the car immediately or 3. Provide me with an alternate vehicle that is safe to drive in the interrim and the overall result is that they have not been helpful at all. I am very dissatisified with the way they are handling this and i am very scared to drive this vehicle with myself or family members in it, as the letter they sent indicates this situation "may result in serious injury or death to vehicle occupants". I pay a lot of money to lease this vehicle and i would expect a certain level of professionalism and concern for the safety of the consumer, especially by a car manufacturer. I am very concerned for the personal well being and safety of my family and myself and am requesting assistance to deal with this matter.
