Description of the problem	Takata recall - we went to vw dealer of van nuys on aug 17, 2018 and they stated that part have been special order. I have followed up with phone calls to dealer on dec 26, 2018 and they stated to call back in 2 week, so we followed up on 1/3/19 and still on national back order with no estimate date of arrival.
