 Description of the problemVehicle has no power from stopped position when on a hill. Vehicle eventually has power after 5-6 seconds. Brakes must be applied and then car surges forward. Vehicles response on level ground varies from non-responsive to irregular to full power. Dealer provided 3 page document entitled "momentary delay with dsg gearbox" outlining steps to take but will not take any corrective action with the vehicle.
