| Description of the problem | After driving my car of and on for about two hours, i was leaving from a friend's driveway and realized my car would not go into reverse. I had to put the car in neutral and push the car out of the driveway. This way very humitating. After speaking to a volkswagen dealership, they advised me that this has been an ongoing issue for sometime. Well i'm sorry volkswagen i don't have money to waste, especially when they know that this has been a serious problem. I have children that i have to transport back and forth and at this point i dont feel that my volkswagen is a reliable car. Please tell me there is a recall in place for this problem. |
