Description of the problemFor at least the last year the car has been "jerking" and/or "not taking off" when i step on the accelerator (when accelerating from a stand still or if pressing on the pedal when in motion). I have told the auto dealer more than once and was told they checked it and it was fine. So, the last time i took it in (the car only has 39,000 miles on it) i insisted that someone from the dealership take a ride with me as the problem still existed. The tech advisor did and admitted there is definitely a problem. I was 1st told it was a mechatronis coding error having to do with the dsg. Now i have been told it is a clutch pak and that is not covered under warranty. I spoke to vwoa and they said some of the vehicles had been granted dsg warranty extensions however, mine was not one of them because my vin didn't show in their records. Since i clearly have the problem of the non-acceleration and the jerking; it should have been.
