Description of the problem	I own a 2008 volkswagen eos. Experienced uneven, lurching, and labored shifting starting out from a dead stop in drive or reverse. Took it to the dealership and they told me that the mechatronics unit had gone out. The dealership (northpoint volkswagen of north little rock) will not return any phone calls. My husband had to drive 30 minutes today to go to the dealership in person. They told him the part was on backorder and gave no indication of a timeframe when the car would be finished.
