Description of the problem	Vehicle purchased on 02 sept 2008. Have had continuous problems with the transmission kicking, stalling, lurching, rolling back. Have taken to dealer at 952, 5632, and 10171 miles. Dealer stated that they could not recreate and no errors were found during testing. Recently car stalled going into traffic and came very close to causing an accident. Last time in @ 15,845 miles dealer ordered new mechatron unit.
