Description of the problem	I brought a volkswagen eos 2007 and was not aware of the airbag light being default light came on when i hit a speedbump. Took to volkswagen dealership and i was i had pay to get fixed i didnot feel that was my responsibility because it is a safety issue that they should have corrected or recall. I was on my way to work that morning and i total my car and i was told that i was driving on wrong side of the road and everything donot remember nothing. I had chest pain for over a month. I contacted volkswagen and they send a engineer to look at the car but the engineer never contacted me as to how the accident happen. I read his report he lie saying it was a weak battery as i said took to volkswagen dealership and that was not the problem. I also talk to a mechanic that work on cars stated that if the airbag light is on the airbag should not have deployed but it did. This is my first time purchasing a volkswagen and i paid cash for 20,000 and i am out of my money. They treated me like i was stupid and very rude i was told that there was one else in the company i could talk to. This is a safety issue that needs to be address.
