Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 volkswagen cc. While driving various speeds, the vehicle suddenly shut off and was able to restart. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the fuel pressure sensor was faulty. The sensor was replaced, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was towed to flow volkswagen (5601 roanne way, greensboro, nc 21409) where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump fuse was faulty. The fuse was replaced and the failure was remedied. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 38,000. |
