Description of the problem	Takata recall on november 11, 2017, i took my car to tony volkswagen in waipahu, hawaii to replace the takata air bags. It took one whole year for their service department to get the part and get back to me. Terrible service. On august 3rd, 2018, i received a takata recall again saying it was not replaced. The name of the service advisor was 51448 aaron chan from tony volkswagen in waipahu hawaii. This is my complaint. It was never replaced in the first place. Unethical and fraudulent!!! I could have gotten into an accident all this time thinking it was fixed.
