Description of the problem	When i try to start my car, my steering starts shaking badly for 30 seconds. The whole car is shaking as well. After the shaking, the steering freezes and locked. The red steering working sign shows up. I cannot drive the car at all. The same issue has been widely reported by many vw customers online. You can find several videos on youtube. Vw dealers told me they cannot fix it and refused to replace it as well.
