Description of the problem	I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced at 23,600 miles and i was just informed that i need rear brakes and rotors again at 37,961. I bought the car at 6205 miles on the odometer and i had to have my brakes serviced both front and rear at the dealership and i brought my concerns with the service manager about brakes with the particular model. I have owned 2 jetta's prior to the cc and never had brake issues like this.. I called volkswagen corp. Headquarters in america and they're taking a no hands approach with my concerns and i strongly believe that these vehicles have braking issues and it makes no sense for a car to go through rear brakes every 12 to 15,000 miles and the auto maker believes that's not something to take a look at. I am asking for a little help into this matter as my concerns have not been resolved and volkswagen's solution is to just keep changing the brakes and the rotors..
