Description of the problem | Car loses engine power during acceleration to the point it feels the car may stall out. This issue is not constant, it is random. There is no " check engine" light at any time before, during, or after event. I learn today that my fuel module and related seals and pump are faulty and need to be replaced but my vin is not part of vw recall for this very same issue on other cc's. This is a dangerous problem when driving to suddenly lose engine power. Perhaps the recall needs to be expanded? |
