| Description of the problem | My 2013 vw cc turned off while i was driving in stop and go traffic with my three children in the back seat. This happened twice: once on a busy road and once on the highway. The first vw service department i took it to told me it was the type of gasoline i was using. The second vw service department kept my car for one week and told me the problem was resolved. Now the electrical controls seem to have gone haywire: windows raise and lower on their own and the radio scans by itself. I drove like this for a while until the car died. When i called the service department, they told me it was the battery. This car seems to have a serious electrical malfunction and i'm concerned that vw is not acknowledging the extent of the problem. I am afraid to drive the vehicle on the highway. |
