Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 volkswagen cc. The contact stated that while accelerating from a stop sign, the air bag warning light illuminated. In addition, the contact stated the steering wheel felt abnormal. The vehicle was serviced under nhtsa campaign number: 15v483000 (air bags) but the remedy failed to repair the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the clock spring failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
