Description of the problem | Takata recall since there is a chance that my driver airbag won't get activated in case of an accident, i am very concerned of my safety. This cc is the 4th vehicle i lease from vw since 2009. In the interim , until vw and takata decide on the resolution of this major defect, who is responsible for my possible injuries/death in case of an accident? Shouldn't vw be more concerned of my safety while they resolve the problem? Shouldn't they give me a temporary vehicle to drive meanwhile? It is potentiolly a life-threatening situation. What are my right in that case? |
