Description of the problem	When vehicle is in motion there has been multiple times i came close to getting in an accident due to being unable to use my horn. My horn and controls not work due to the clock spring harness. The vw clock spring warranty will not cover the fix due to my airbag light not being on yet. My horn not working alone is a safety issue and they refuse to see it that way.
