Description of the problem	Vw clock spring recall investigation driving down the road at 35-40 mph and the car beeps with "error: airbag" then the steering wheel made a weird noise. The horn and controls on the steering wheel are not working. I took it to the vic bailey vw dealership and they said it was the clock spring that needed to be replaced. I know there is an investigation into the previous recall and i believe that my car was affected but not included in the recall.
