Description of the problem	Engine is turning over but only starting occasionally. When it does start, the epc and check engine/catalytic converter lights are illuminated. This is happening now after i had to figure out the fuel pump control module needed to be replaced... Before there was a recalled issued at my own expense. Car ran fine earlier today, then when trying to leave my house, took an extended time to start. Shut it off to see if it was a glitch, and didn't start at all.
