Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 volkswagen cc. The contact stated that the horn was not working because the clockspring was malfunctioning. The vehicle was taken to charles maund volkswagen (6900 burnet rd, austin, tx 78757, (512) 458-1111) to be repaired per an unknown recall pertaining to the clockspring. After the repair, the failure recurred within a few days. When the contact called the dealer, they wanted to charge $1,000 to repair the vehicle again. The contact called the manufacturer and was advised to go back to the dealer to have the clockspring reset.
