Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 volkswagen cc. The windshield wipers stopped working; however, they resumed when the contact accelerated at 10 mph or more. The failure occurred whenever he drove below 10 mph and when the vehicle stopped. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The technician could not diagnose the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated a technician would communicate with the dealer for a possible resolution to the problem. The vehicle was not repaired. The vin was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 100. The consumer stated when he set the windshield wipers in the low position, they operated sufficiently as long as he was driving, but when he stopped at busy intersections, stop signs or for any reason the wipers would shut off completely, leaving no visibility through the front windshield.
