Description of the problem	Went into parking lot and cranked vehicle and selected reverse. The vehicle would not reverse. Shut vehicle off, started again, and pushed accelerator harder. The vehicle moved, but would only accelerate to about 30-40 mph. Drove car to the dealership where i purchased it. They stated that the vehicle was in safe mode. All of the drive modes were blinking. Dealer did a diagnostic test on the cc. The end result was that the transmission had failed. The cc only has 99,500 miles on it.
