Description of the problem	Police officer pulled over my vehicle due to speeding while my speedometer read the exact speed limit. My speedometer needle fluctuates in speed (moves up and down randomly) even with cruise control on. Also same problem for the tachometer. This is a defective item and can cause and or accumulate to a car accident and or death. I have read on countless forums of volkswagen owners stating their newer volkswagen models have incorrect speed readings i have even checked with a handheld gps system and it did not read what was displayed on my speedomenter.
