Description of the problem | I just recently bought my very 1st. Used 2010 volkswagen cc. After i bought it, i realized that the master window switch on the drivers side doesn't work. The car is showing only 45,000 miles on it. So i would have to reach over to the passenger side door, to get the window to roll up. Also, my heater isn't working. I hear the fan running at different speeds, but only coolair coming out. On top of that, the fabric on the headliner is coming down. I found out that in order to replace the headliner, you have to get the front windshield removed to get the headliner out. Ridiculous! Car manufacturers have been around for many years. Car have got faster and safer throughout the years, but the headliners still fall down. It's not acceptable! Use better adhesive, better material. Take more pride in your product. |
