Description of the problemI had my clock spring replaced last year due to the recall, then my airbag light went on and my steering wheal started doing a clicking sound when i steer to the left or right all control panels on my steering wheel stopped functioning including the horn. I called volkswagen and they said that they would charge me $150 to access the car, i told them about clock spring and they said that i would have to pay to get that fixed. I really don't find this fair that i have to pay to get something fixed that originally wasn't done correctly i think that they should take more responsibility for their workmanship. Also my seatbelt claps docent work i called them to see if this is something that they would fix being a safety issue and they said no. I think that all car companies should be responsible for seatbelt and airbag issues on a car. Not everyone has the money to replace seatbelt clasp and many people live day by day on there paycheck.
