Description of the problem	I just bought this 2009 cc from buena park nissan dealership in california, in february 2015 and put in just 6000 miles. I was driving to work on beverly bl on july 27th when all of a sudden the car just lost power while in motion. Fortunately i was in the outside lane and was able to pull to the side. After checking to see if there was a loose connection to the battery or whatever.... I started it and was able to drive 3 blocks to work before it stalled again. I had it towed to my mechanic and was diagnosed with p2293 low fuel pressure. He said it was drive able but that one day it may not start. After that incident the car has stalled 8 other times twice on the freeway and the last one was at an intersection with my wife and my 87 year old mother in law. I had high pressure fuel pump replaced and as the mechanic came to pick me up to get my car it stalled in the middle of an intersection while he was driving. It stalled again before we got to his shop. I decided to check into this issue and discovered that this is a common problem with the ccs. I have not driven the car in a month and is parked in new century dealership in glendale,ca . After contacting volkswagen corporate,they asked me to take it to the nearest dealership which i did. Four days later i got an email stating they cannot offer any financial assistance and more so i am responsible for the $130 diagnosis fee. It is only a matter of time before there serious fatalities from this very dangerous situation.
