Description of the problem	I was driving and my 2009 vw cc 2. 0 and my engine started shaking and shut down with no warning, try to start nothing. I towed it to a local vw dealership(chapman ) i got a call the next morning stating my engine timing chain tensional was bad and i might need an engine, but for them to verify if engine is unrepairable i will need 620+tax. I called vw headquarters and spoke with someone who told me that there was no tsb or recall on my vehicle so it was nothing they could do for me . So i started searching online and there is 100 of post and informing on this. I will try calling vw back maybe someone else will help me.
