Description of the problem	Takata recall: upon receiving the recall letter from toyota approximately 6 weeks ago i immediately contacted one of the 2 local dealers (precision toyota) and arranged to have the parts ordered. After approximately 7 to 10 days i was notified that the parts had arrived and i attempted to schedule an appointment for repair but the dealer is unwilling to give me a ride home so i can use a borrowed vehicle to go to work. Yesterday i was advised by a rep from precision toyota that they again would not be able to give me a ride home on their shuttle but would arrange for an uber to return me home. Upon arrival this morning at precision toyota i was advised that they in fact would not arrange for a ride to my home because of where i live (approximately 19 miles from the dealer). I work and cannot afford to take a day off from work especially for something that is not my fault!!! Toyota is failing at this recall!
