Description of the problem	I noticed that my car would not brake properly if i happened to be breaking over an uneven service years ago. So, i drive to avoid having to do so. But, then recently it started making a squealing noise along with breaking. It comes and goes. Then, a clunking noise started when reversing. Now, the clunking noise comes in either direction. The squealing has graduated to scratching and scraping when i accelerate or decelerate. It comes from my front, passenger side tire and when i turn my steering wheel all the way to the right, it gets very loose - whereas turning all the way to the left still feels appropriately tight. I think the looseness is connected to the front right passenger side wheel, as if a piece has broken or is loose - because it comes and goes. This all happens when i'm moving, no matter what terrain it is (highway, city street, etc.) and whether i am turning or not.
