Description of the problem	We are a small nonprofit that receives car donations and refurbishes them for low income individuals and families. We received this 2009 toyota yaris as a donation with about 173k miles on it. When we received it we noticed that the driver's seat seatback was torn in two vertical spots. We thought this to be the result of the previous owner being overweight. Upon closer inspection we found that the two steel vertical supports for the seatback were razor sharp and were cutting their way through the foam of the seat and the fabric. If all of the yaris seats are built this way this would be a significant safety issue in several types of collisions. In normal use a driver would have no idea what is in the seatback waiting to be force through in a collision.
