Description of the problem	During the night of 9/1/2008 i was operating a 2008 toyota yaris when i lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a garage point of impact: 15 total lose. I was injured and have had neck surgery and have chronic pain because of the crash after my surgery. I viewed the pictures of the vehicle i noticed that the air bags didn't deploy on impact and one of the pictures of the inside of the vehicle (the left window guard has a foam type substance connected to it) months later i contacted the insurance company and asked them where the car was after about 6 contacts and 2 months later i received a answer the vehicle was auctioned and shipped too india. I have the contact information but the attorneys i contacted won't touch the case because of the cost and this was the second crash in 6 months and the collision center was told of the air bags not deploying the first time. I have pictures of the vehicle if that will help. I noticed other failures concerning the same type of vehicle, same year i hope that odi will make toyota fix this problem before someone dies in a crash.
